Jay Voorhees has been a widely respected member of the Atlanta real estate industry since 1987. After hundreds of successful sales, his track record remains spotless, a record he attributes to always placing his clients’ interests ahead of his own, providing attentive one on one service and knowing the contracts and procedures extremely well. Jay’s real estate career includes considerable experience in brokerage of residential, land, and investment properties throughout the Atlanta area.

Jay is the qualifying broker for Deal Direct Realty, and is active in the Atlanta Realtors Association as a Director, past Chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee, served in roles on the Leadership Council as well as the GAR Grievance Committee. He has worked in the building industry as a residential project manager responsible for construction and finish of custom homes from the ground up. An active member of the community, Jay has served on the Board of his neighborhood HOA and on the Board of RAIN a Charitable organization supporting his Realtor community.
